Charitable Gift Annuities with the Expanded IRA Rollover: A Closer Look
With the passage of the Secure Act 2.0 in late 2022, new opportunities with restrictions for life-income gifts are now possible with qualified charitable distributions. This presentation will take a closer look at Charitable Gift Annuities with QCDs and discuss important factors for consideration when working with donors. Our panelists will also share their insights on how this new legislation is providing opportunities for conversations with donors.
